Best dining in the Jackson area...

Most people wouldn't think of Jackson as a mecca for great cooking. And in that, most people would be wrong! It continues to surprise me how many great places (new and old) there are to eat in this area. And, OK, we eat out a lot! We enjoy it! And given that, we've tried many of the restaurants in the Madison, Ridgeland and Jackson area.
