Anyway, it’s an interesting epistemological question regarding personhood and memory. E.g., if our brains are the organic hard drive containing our memories, does God run a backup before we physically die? Or are our memories somehow “shadow copied” to our non-corporeal souls so that after death and after, depending on your eschatology, your resurrection you are “re-integrated” into yourself as you know yourself – or would you even know the difference?
